Nachiappan Arunachalam
Nachi is our Principal with over 20 years of corporate advisory and investment banking experience including in private equity, coverage and M&A. Nachi’s last role before Rosewood Capital was at CIMB Investment Bank’s M&A department; advising corporate and high-net worth clients both on the buy-side and sell-side.
Affendi Ariffin
Affendi is our Lead Analyst with 10 years experience in private equity and alternative investments. Affendi has worked with dozens of SMEs from a broad range of industries including from agriculture, retail, energy, manufacturing, education and technology. Affendi’s last role before Rosewood Capital was at CIMB Investment Bank’s Group Strategy & Strategic Investments department. Affendi holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester.
Razin Hussain
Razin is our Junior Analyst and CFA level 3 candidate. He is in charge of sector analysis, market research and financial modelling. Razin holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from the Heriot-Watt University.
Ong Wen Lin
Wen Lin is our Junior Analyst and an ACCA candidate with background working in an audit firm and MNC. She is in charge of sector analysis, market research and financial modelling. Wen Lin holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from Swinburne University of Technology.
Jane Ng
Jane is our Head of Admin in charge of finance, human resources & corporate secretarial matters. She is an ACIS [CS] [CGP] member with the Chartered Governance Institute since 2015.
